Competitor Program Test

Testing into our Competitor Program is not something we take lightly. These numbers should be comfortably under your maxes so that your are not "maxing out." You must complete 9 out of 12 requirements in a 2 hour session. For requirements 3 and 4 if you choose to go for a heavy single on the snatch then you must do the touch and go reps for the clean and jerk, or vice versa. The same process works for requirements 5 and 6. If you choose to run the 400 m sprint you must do the 2k row, or vice versa.

2) Front Squat - 255/165 x 5

3a) Snatch - 135/95 x 5 (TNG squat)

3b) Snatch - 185/115 x 1

4a) C&J - 185/125 x 5 (TNG)

4b) C&J - 265/165 x 1

5a) Run 400 - 1:15/1:25

5b) Run 1 mile - 6:35/7:05

6a) Row 500m - 1:35/1:45

6b) Row 2k - 7:30/8:00

7) Pull-ups - 20/10 UB

8) Muscle-ups - 3/1 UB

9) HSPU - 15/8 UB 

10) Double Unders - 50 UB

11) Pistols - 10 UB and Alt.

12) Rope Climbs - 3/2 in 0:30 sec.
